1. Overview
This website is operated by Gena Page Designs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Gena Page Designs. By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Accuracy of Product Information
- Handmade Nature: Because each piece of jewelry is handmade, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur.
- Limited Availability: Some components are one-of-a-kind or produced in small quantities, and we cannot guarantee that an exact replacement will be available for future repairs.
- Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit (before delivery), please contact us at genapage@genapagedesigns.com so we can assist you in tracking it.
- Transit Issues: If a package is lost in transit, we will assist the customer in attempting to track the package.
- Processing Times: Standard shipping occurs within 3–5 business days, though holiday seasons may extend this to 5 business days.
- Domestic Shipping: We offer a flat rate of $5.00 via USPS First Class Shipping within the United States.
4. Local Pickup
- Selection: To utilize local pickup, customers must select "local pickup" from the shipping options menu.
- Scheduling: Pickup must be coordinated via email after the order is placed.
5. Returns and Repairs
- Return Window: Items must be returned or exchanged within 10 business days of the postmarked date of delivery.
- Refunds: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and refunds will be credited only to the original form of payment.
- Production Warranty: We provide free repairs for damages caused by production faults within one year of purchase.
- Repair Materials: We reserve the right to use similar materials for repairs if original components are unavailable.
- Process: Email genapage@genapagedesigns.com with your reason for the return to initiate the process.
- Exclusions: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Materials: Since many components are one-of-a-kind or limited edition, we may not be able to replace a part with an exact match. We will use the most similar materials available for the repair.
- Care Instructions: Jewelry can be fragile; please refer to our Jewelry Care section to ensure the longevity of your piece.
6. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as jewelry designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Gena Page Designs and protected by copyright laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gena Page Designs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products or website.
